Staff were incredibly attentive and respectful at any hour!!

Our room itself was reasonably priced with seaview. The location was unbeatable, near parks and mountains.

our stay in mangsit was nice for a couple of days, but our stay at this resort exceeded our expectations. everything was tidy and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially annga, juno, and partini. we loved our time at this resort.

I have stayed at Kila twice a year for a few years now. There is not a better place in Lombok to stay. The value for money is great, staff are wonderful to get on with and go out of there way to help. But it Is a bit sad when people get angry and impatient because these local people are not multilingual. Be patient and have a great stay.

Great location on a peninsula with tall shade trees, surrounded by sparkling sea. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and relaxing atmosphere for recharging. Walk around beautifully maintained gardens, enjoy clean rooms with good water pressure. Delicious food at Basilico restaurant.

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are world class, the location is absolutely perfect and incredible adjacent to beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants, and Close to all restaurants. All the staff members are respectful and competent. The rooms are reasonably priced and well-organised and they have central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Delicious and amazing breakfast with an outstanding food is available. Very efficient service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful time at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with lush greenery everywhere. The location was perfect for exploring both Senggigi and the rest of the island. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a huge, cozy bed. We loved having a pool to relax by, it was clean and refreshing.

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of food, although as Westerners, we would have liked more options to choose from. However, the friendly staff made up for it with their warm hospitality.

The room was air-conditioned, beautifully maintained and with seaview. The staff were top-class and respectful day and night. The accommodation had a central location in the hotel's event.

Upgraded garden bungalow with outdoor shower. Wide variety of breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. Thoughtful touches for honeymooners.

The location is near the beach side. The atmosphere is serene, quite and peaceful. Staff are nice and helpful. The restaurants, though costly, are worth trying.There is sufficient place to relax and very near to sengigi town.

I absolutely loved the rooms at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok! The cozy atmosphere and comfortable bedding made me feel right at home. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a great addition, ensuring I stayed connected and cool throughout my stay. With 24-hour room service, I always had everything I needed right at my fingertips.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a bit limited in terms of options. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others may still find it perfectly adequate.

Nice beach location, nice grounds, helpful friendly staff

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, especially June and Sugiarta. the amenities provided were well equipped and satisfactory.

The bathroom was quite basic for the standard of the hotel. Another downside was the access road to the main road, which was very dark if you were walking alone at night.
