The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are world class, the location is absolutely perfect and incredible adjacent to beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants, and Close to all restaurants. All the staff members are respectful and competent. The rooms are reasonably priced and well-organised and they have central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Delicious and amazing breakfast with an outstanding food is available. Very efficient service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

I absolutely loved the rooms at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok! The cozy atmosphere and comfortable bedding made me feel right at home. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a great addition, ensuring I stayed connected and cool throughout my stay. With 24-hour room service, I always had everything I needed right at my fingertips.
Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a bit limited in terms of options. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others may still find it perfectly adequate.

The dry cleaning/laundry services were also convenient, allowing me to keep up with my professional attire during my stay.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been helpful to have a space specifically designated for business meetings or events.
